Master of Laws Program for International Graduates (LL.M.)

The Law Faculty of the University of Augsburg offers international graduate lawyers the opportunity to gain the academic degree of a Master of Laws (Magister legum – LL.M.).

The Master’s degree has three goals: for Master students to learn the basics of German law, to acquire deeper knowledge in selected areas of German, European or International law, and to academically research and present a specific legal issue within their written master’s thesis.

Through the wide range of specialized subjects and through the topic of the master’s thesis, master students are able to follow their interests and to set an individual focus area.

You can find current information on courses for students of the “Master’s degree for international graduates (LL.M)” on the websites of the “Akademische Auslandsamt” (only in German).
